I believe every person (and every relationship) is capable of growth and change.

As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) specializing in sex addiction and partner betrayal trauma, I work best with individuals who are committed to personal growth and healing. My ideal clients are those who are ready to face difficult truths, embrace vulnerability, and engage fully in the recovery process. Together, we focus on fostering self-awareness, rebuilding trust within oneself and the coupleship, and creating lasting, transformative change.
-
My specialties include sex addiction and partner betrayal trauma. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help individuals and couples heal and rebuild trust. I also guide clients through formal therapeutic disclosure, promoting honesty and transparency. Additionally, I use EMDR, an evidence-based therapy, to help clients process trauma and move forward with resilience and clarity.

With a strong foundation in psychology and social work, I bring both experience and compassion to my practice. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and am completing my Ph.D. in Social Work with a focus on addictions and advanced clinical practice.
Throughout my career, I have held roles in community mental health, residential clinics, advocacy for survivors of sexual assault, city government, and corporate settings. Now, as the practice director of Atlas Counseling and Wellness, I am proud to work alongside a dedicated team to support clients on their healing journeys.
I have found my true calling specializing in sex addiction and partner betrayal trauma. This is my life’s work, and I find deep purpose and joy in helping clients heal, grow, and reclaim their lives.
